Hello! My name’s Roger.
I grew up helping out on the family farm. My dad taught me the value of hard work at an early age by showing me how to support the family with daily duties. One of the most important things he taught me was to be kind to others and to treat them as you would want to be treated. This has become my personal motto, and I strive to live by it every day at home, at work, and at church.
For many years, I sacrificed my free time to raise turkeys, pick grapes, roll raisin trays, and pick cotton. It was through these experiences that I learned how much I enjoyed helping people. To this day, I love the satisfaction that comes from knowing I helped somebody else.
G & M Laundry Equipment Repair was started 50 years ago when a young man saw a need in the valley for laundry equipment repair. At the time all service came from the bay area or Los Angeles, so there was no one local to meet the needs of the community. If your laundry equipment broke down, you had to pay costly fees to hire a repair company out of town to come fix the situation.
Many times, repair companies like these come in and get the job done, but they neglect to take the time to get to know their customers. Some of these companies don’t make customers feel like they truly care about them.
I knew that if I ran a laundry repair business, I could fill this gap in the market by giving customers the genuine care they deserved. It was this realization that led me to take over the company 23 years ago.
Fast forward to today, and I still strive to make my customers #1.
I firmly believe in bringing the values of honesty and kindness to every customer through an outstanding service experience. I enjoy taking the time to get to know all my customers personally and finding out how I can make their lives better.
